From May 17-19, 2011, the German lobby organizations for nuclear technology the "Deutsche Atomforum" and the "Kerntechnische Gesellschaft" will arrange the "Kerntechnik 2011" annual conference in the Berlin congress (Germany).
The conference issues will include all aspects of peaceful application of nuclear technology from basic research to safety issues and radiation protection, fuel supply and management incl. radioactive waste up to operation and decommissioning of nuclear facilities. Experts from research, industry, economy and politics will define their positions, present their work results and discuss them with the audience.At the technical session "Radioactive waste management" DBE TECHNOLOGY GmbH and her project partners GNS (Gesellschaft für Nuklear-Service mbH) and WTI (Wissenschaftlich-Technische Ingenieurberatung GmbH) will present under the headline: Kritikalitätssicherheit von CASTOR®-Behältern während der Endlagerung (criticality safety of CASTOR®-casks during final disposal) (Click here) Some new results from a R&D-project for direct disposal of spent fuel in transport and storage casks in salt formations. Furthermore, DBE TECHNOLOGY GmbH will present her business activities, the areas of expertise and the broad spectrum of services offers in these fields at a stand. |
