The Directors of Uranex NL (ASX:UNX) having canvassed shareholders, other than IMX Resources Ltd (ASX:IXR), regarding matters to be considered at the forthcoming meetings of members as previously announced, have concluded that it is in the best interest of all shareholders that they resign.
Therefore, Messrs Andrew E. Daley, Neil Cusworth and Richard G. Udovenya have resigned.
These resignations coincided with the appointment of Messrs Johann C. Jooste-Jacobs and Stephen Hunt as Non Executive Directors of the Company. At the same time, the new Managing Director, Mr Matthew Gauci agreed to commence duties effective immediately. It remains the intention of the Company to strengthen the Board by the appointment of uranium industry experienced persons.
