Coalspur Mines Limited (ASX: CPL, TSX: CPT) advises that Mr Anastasios (Taso) Arima has resigned as an Executive Director and member of the Board, effective immediately.Â
Mr Arima’s resignation follows the establishment of a corporate function at the Company’s Calgary office, which will better enable the Company to continue to lift its profile within the North American investment community. Mr Arima will continue to be available as a consultant to the Company.
The Board thanks Mr Arima for the significant contribution he has made to the Company and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
