Polymetal enters into a RUB 6 billion revolving credit facility agreement with VTB Bank

JSC "Polymetal" (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL)announces on February 28 it has entered into a revolving credit facility agreement with the total limit of RUB 6 billion with VTB Bank.
The Agreement allows the Company to draw down funds in US dollars and Russian roubles to finance operations of its subsidiaries or for its general corporate purposes.
The amount, interest rate and duration of each tranche will be determined at draw-down.
The maturity of each tranche should be not later than November 29, 2013.
