First Quantum Minerals Announces Chief Financial Officer’s Resignation

First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (“First Quantum” or the “Company”, TSX Symbol “FM”, LSE Symbol “FQM”) today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Mark Bolton, has advised the Company of his resignation from his position in order to pursue personal business opportunities.
The Company has commenced an executive search to replace Mr. Bolton, who will continue in the role of Chief Financial Officer in order to facilitate the transition.
