From 01.02.2010 on Mr. Kai Lohmann as managing director of CRONIMET Holding will take over the management of the investment and group company portfolio of the CRONIMET Holding Group. 

Thus he will leave the management of CRONIMET Ferroleg. GmbH at that date.   

At the same time Mr. Jürgen Pilarsky will join CRONIMET Ferroleg. GmbH as managing director and will take over the duties and responsibilities of Mr. Lohmann.   

This new responsibility assignment reflects the structural changes within the CRONIMET Group during the last few months. The grouping of our strengths is a next important step in view of the realization of our future objectives and growth.
