The Company had previously announced that Mr. Sullivan would be retiring from the Company at the end of 2011. I wish Jim the best in his retirement. I also want to reassure Hana investors that the Ghanzi Project is in good hands as Robert Dey will be leading our efforts to put this potentially world-class project into production.
